The Process

Feeding: The slurry passes through the feed pipe and its flow rate is controlled with the basket speed.
Cake Sensor: The cake sensor indicates the filling of the cake to the basket rim. At the time when the hooter sound, the feed should be stopped.
Washing: The cake should be washed at a little higher speed than the feed speed. Then discharge is completely free from impurities, the basket speed and drying of cake speed is raised to maximum.
Dynamic Braking: It is done with the STOP button on the control panel. The basket reaches to its standing position within 200 seconds.
The Scrapping: The basket run at minimum possible speed and the hydraulic power pack switch is ON. The scrapper starts rotating around the scrapper shaft. And, the cake is cut and discharged through a single opening below the body. This scrapping process takes place for 30 minutes.
Heel Removal: The gas pressure is applied to the jet nozzle, which dislodges the layer of cake.
And, then the dome is opened with Hydraulic Power Pack Lever.
